Fruit jams come from fruit harvested off our family's fruit trees from the EZ Ranch and the H-77 Homestead. All canned goods fall under the Arizona Cottage Food Registration #20125.
Canned Pears Ingredients: Pears, water and sugar. Canned Pears are in quart size jars.
Plum Jam Ingredients: Plums, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice and ClearJell powder. This is a nice tart jam perfect on toast or with your morning yogurt. Jams come in half pint jars.
Cooking tallow is a great alternative to oils or bacon grease. Shelf stable and in pint jars.

Peacock feathers naturally shed from male peacocks each year. These are feathers from male peacocks on the EZ Ranch.
