This is an estimated total cost. The final price is based off the final weight of the animal. Customized cuts on a whole. About 360-390 pounds of meat back. $500 deposit is required  to reserve a whole. 

Half Beef

This is an estimated total cost. Final price is based on the final weight of the animal. Customized cuts on a half. About 170-190 pounds of beef back. $500 deposit is required to reserve a half. 

Quarter Beef

This is an estimated total cost. The final price is based on the final weight of the animal. Standard cuts. About 75-100 pounds of beef back. $250 deposit is required to reserve a quarter.
